I had a virus that was swiftly blocked by BullGuard Internet Security but a reference to it kept popping up every time i booted my pc up. I contacted support who were quick to respond and send clear instructions on what to do. After several back and forths they decided to collect data and manually check if my machine was infected and upon concluding that gave me a fix. I am extremely happy with the service as i never expected them to go to the lengths of checking my system's health.
