Where is my order?

If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed your order but you have not received your licence code via email, you can view the licence by creating and logging into your InterSecure account.

Software only showing 30 days after installation?

This means you are running on a trial and you have not activated the software, simply turn your trial into a licence with the key we sent.

Key is invalid?

A key can be invalid for various reasons - Please ensure you have downloaded the correct version of software, if you purchased BullGuard Antivirus your product key won't work with BullGuard Internet Security, if you purchased Kaspersky Internet Security your key won't work with Kaspersky Total Security etc etc.

If this does not work please email us at info@intersecure.co.uk preferably with a screenshot of the error so we can investigate and resolve this matter for you.

If you need basic assistance we are alway happy to help, we can also set your software for you if you purchase our remote setup package here

Once your licence has been setup, if you need technical support we can only offer you basic support so it is recommended you contact the manufacturer directly.
