I have recently changed to BullGuard security having lost faith in Bitdefender (firewall blocking web pages from sites that I use every day as part of my business) after using them for the last 10 years.
All was fine after installing BullGuard except for it was blocking access to a Seagate hard drive on our office network. The Seagate is very important to the day to day work I do.
I reported the problem and was asked to obtain and email some files from BullGuard security. I was sent a comprehensive and easy to follow list of instructions to cure the problem which was successful. Well done BullGuard!!
