Please follow these steps prior to contacting us.

1. Copy and paste the code rather than typing it.

To copy the code simply drag the mouse across the code whilst you are clicking on the left button of the mouse this will highlight the code now simply right click on the highlighted area and select copy, now go to the activation box and right click in the box this will give you the option to paste the code.

2. AVG CODE ISSUE

If you purchased a code for AVG, the code that we provided does not go into the program, you need to register the code first by going to www.avg.com/code.

If you purchased a licence for Unlimited Devices.

Once you have registered your code on AVG's site and downloaded the program it will initially show only 30 days, you simply login to your AVG account on the program and the licence will pull through.

If you purchased for 1 or 3 Devices

Once you register the code on AVG's site AVG will provide you with a new licence code to input into your program, once you have downloaded the program your software will initially only show 30 days when you input the new licence code from AVG it will convert to the full licence - You will have also received an email with this new licence code.

3. BULLGUARD CODE ISSUE

If you are getting an error message with BullGuard please ensure you have the correct edition, for example if you currently have the Internet Security edition (Red one) but you purchased the Premium protection one (Black one) You will need to install the corrcet edition first in order for the code to work.

If you still have issues within the program you can also activate within your BullGuard account online.

4. ONLY SHOWING 30 DAYS

If your subscription downloaded and it is only showing 30 days this usually means you have not either logged in to the program or you have not put the code into the program correctly.
