What if I have not received my order?

If you have not received any email from us, please email us by clicking on the "Contact Us" button on the bottom left of the page.

Where else can I view my licence?

We have made it fairly simple for you to always view your licence code once it has been sent to you.

Simply follow these 4 steps.

1.  Click on "My Account"

2. "Login" or "Create account" - Use the same email address you used when placing the order.

3. Click on your relevent order number

4. Your Licence code and order details will show on your account, this may take up to 48 hours after placing the order.
